The staff here in this beautiful hotel are amazing. They do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. From best vantage point to take pictures to best restaurants, they helped. Will stay again!

Really great place to stay : nearby time square, shops on 5th. Very kind staff that makes everything possible for you to have a nice stay.Very good beds but Breakfast not that good and quite expensive

Try the 10th floor terrazza. Jazz every tue 6pm-9pm, no cover, wine, beer, appetizers and you can bring in food
The staff is amazing and the accommodations are cozy. You get to see/hear the craziness happening in the city from your window.

The best staff ever: Roger, Eric and all the team. By far the best hotel in New York.. Very clean, great people, amazing bed..
Raheem KOktober 21, 2019デザイナー風なモダンな内装。しかし部屋の設備は最小限。数泊、洗濯乾燥機も使わず、ぜんぶ外食するつもりなら（かつ、ここが予算の範囲内なら）良いかもしれません。Keurigのコーヒーメーカーあり。ルームサービスのBUTLERは地階のBUTTERとは別の会社です。
