The icons next to the drink show the kind of glass it comes in. Or shopping cart or glass orb or large metal goblet. Probably the best cocktails in Seattle, but others are catching up.

Some of the best cocktails anywhere are made at canon. They also have an exceptional spirits selection, with many whiskies that are available almost nowhere else.

Make sure to use the wash room. It is the greatest washroom I ever used. It is a fortress in which to take a break from insanity. It has a radio, fresh towels, and is clean beyond belief.

Try the marrow, and ask for "The Luge" after to pour down the bones!

If you make a reservation online you hold the seat by prepaying. Convenient and no worries about getting seated.
