Come for dessert and coffee. There are dozens of cakes and pies to choose from (but the breakfast/lunch fare didn't look too impressive).

Great Dessert place! On my visit I had an elderflower champagne cocktail, dessert & listened to a live guitarist..needless to say it's worth the trip :)

Charming decor doesn’t make up 4 incredibly rude waitress. Pass on this place. I see why it was almost empty. Food was mediocre & they made us feel we were a bother 4 being there. We’ll go elsewhere.

Lalo is one of those places that I debated writing about as I enjoy it so much, would said this does deserve praise for being a charming and delightful destination for the Coffee and magnificent cake.

Their most abundant food item -steamed eggs - were not great, and the roast potatoes were cold and dried out. The pecan cheesecake tasted old too. Not a hit for me.

Their favorite Lalo salad should not be favorite ..grilled vegetables with no special touch was pretty bad..and those grilled eggplant was so not needed
