The hotel bar is one of my fav places in Brighton. Great cocktails and a good beer selection (including a few Belgiums). Staff was amazingly personable from the hotel manager to the waitstaff.

Came here with out an appt for an eye infection and the service was outstanding even tho I am not a citizen of Brazil! The staff were very attentive and I was quickly diagnosed and treated. Love them!

If I was going to open a restaurant, it'd be exactly like DST. Unassuming yet homey, comfortable environment, delicious food, great service and a great bar complete w/6 diff kinds of bloody marys.
Nice quaint speakeasy that changes their cocktail menu (amazingly enough) daily -many of them house creations. Imagine the possibilities.
