- Jonathon Storer (@yonafin)April 12, 2011Clean rooms, pool, fancy lobby. Small room, old tv, small beds. Rooms don't have wifi and the wired Internet is +$10. If your a business person, bring your own.
- Francisco CabreraOktober 15, 2015a good place but charging a daily fee in addition to the regular rate is not pleasant
- Make sure you ask for a room on the non-construction side of the hotel. The saw, drill, and hammer well into the night. Very noisy.
- Eric SpiegelJuni 30, 2011The WiFi is spotty-to-non-existant in the rooms, but it's fast in the lobby. Plus there's a guest only lounge to the right of the main doors.
- Krissie T.Januar 28, 2014If you are claustrophobic this is not the hotel for you to stay in.... The rooms are the size of a chicken coop.. Don't get me started on the size of the bathrooms...Smh!!! My least favorite hotel.
- Historic details, comfy, & well maintained. No frills just a place to relax/sleep while you visit.
- Chris OrtizDezember 28, 2012The doors are a bit trickyp. Don't be afraid to give the door a little shoulder to open.
- Sergio Ricardo FukuharaMärz 13, 2011Nice Hotel! Reasonable price, clean rooms, close to the T, and surrounded by excelent restaurants!
- Grant SandersDezember 5, 2011These rooms feature the Keurig Brewing System. So if you don't like the Paul NewMan's fair trade they offer, bring your favorite K-Cup when you stay here.
- Becca DDezember 19, 2010$10.45 per day for wired Internet in your room and wireless only in the lobby = fail. Otherwise a nice place to stay. They even offered to bring a fridge to our room.
- Jason AppersonJuly 5, 2013The air conditioning at this hotel is almost pointless during the summer. Our rooms never got any colder, they just kept warming up. They updated the thermostats, but the coolers are weak.
- 🐙 Kellichka Kramer 🐙Juni 19, 2011Beautiful hotel, but no wifi except in the lounge. Also, all the restaurants and in-hotel bar close super early.
- Amandeep GillDezember 14, 2014Decent hotel; seems more luxurious and grand than it is. Bedrooms are very small. However, good location!
- Yang ChenJuni 8, 2013They call a tiny room with only one double bed "comfortable for two adults" and told me it's their standard room. Is the standard for super skinny people in Africa?
- Jonathan CabildoMärz 25, 2013Nice, well maintained, historic old hotel. Rooms are on the small side though.
- Kathy GarciaMärz 13, 2011Nice enough hotel. The heat in our room never worked except in the bathroom. No free wifi in the room was a bummer too. Beds were super comphy & over all its very clean.
- Pınar YılmazerJuly 31, 2015So thin walls u could here it lovely crazy neighbours where they hang out last night
- Beautiful, cute rooms! Great for one or a "couple"...
- Wow, they tweeted me after I checked in — talk about service!
- teresa SchmitzMai 10, 2011Gorgeous, grand hotel. A favorite. Check out Sweet. A cupcake shop on Newbury. About half a mile stroll

- Manish BhandariSeptember 21, 2012Of course dated hotel and that is what I expected. Rooms are small but nice any way.
- Simon CallanAugust 7, 2015If you want a 18 inch wide shower where the curtain sticks to you - this is your place
- Drew CrecenteJuni 26, 2013Stay somewhere else! Nice lobby but 30 mins to check in. For $235 + tax a night I am in an incredibly small room - AC that does not work properly - and a window that is barely the width of the TV.
- Beds are awesome. I stay here a lot. STAY AWAY from 99 rooms, adjacent to elevator.
- Fastest elevators in any hotel in the city.
- Comfortable beds, great location, weird doors.
- Hunter KnepshieldOktober 25, 2014To get free wifi and save yourself $12.50 or more, use corporate access code "Corporate" when connecting.
- Check out O'Connor's Pub. Same building, entrance from both sides of the building.
- Don't stay here. Incompetent/lazy staff. Lounge employees = No English. ZERO sound-proofing, EVERYWHERE, all-floors. Staff says they'll fix something, next staffer won't. King bed = got a SMALL DBL?!?
- Chris CrivelloJuni 22, 2013New mgt. no more upgrades or anything else for that mater. Hotel needs an upgrade.
- Alpha DalyJuni 13, 2011Its nice if you frequently stayed at the hotel where they leave the light on for you. Won't stay again. Staff was friendly
- Joyce BettencourtAugust 29, 2010Was a great venue for SLCC10 - staff are amazingly courteous and super-helpful!
- Peter ShankmanOktober 14, 2009Want a good run? Hang a right to Comm Ave, a left to the Mass Ave Bridge, a right on the bridge, a left on Mass 3A to the BU Bridge, a left onto Comm Ave, all the way down to Arlington, back to the ho
- alicetiaraMärz 25, 2012Conference rooms inconveniently located in maze-like warren of tiny hallways. And stuffy.
- There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby, not in the rooms.
