Sophie BakalarOktober 20, 2015Easily the best place in Mandalay. It's on the pricey side but the food is as good as anything you could get in NYC and it's very clean and the staff is really friendly. Fast free wifi too.

Jeff KMai 27, 2016Great service and fantastic food. They do have a bad exchange rate if you pay by credit card but so it goes, at least you can do so...This place would cost at least double anywhere else.
