If you have a choice between working out on either Sat or Sun mornings, come on Sun mornings. It's a clusterf*** on Sat mornings. There are fewer people and parking is free on the streets on Sun.

If you want to play volleyball come on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 7:30 pm and on Sunday's at 4 pm. Games are in the main gym.
