Super lounge but best part it you go through a special security and avoid the queues and end up directly in the lounge! Fabulous!
They have big coffee cups now at the machines. Pull up the spout to get more!

NJAOktober 29, 2012Despite the name, this isn't the real FIRST lounge. This lounge exits for BA Gold card and Onewold Emerald members. The actual FIRST lounge is the CCR
Breakfast is really good, black pudding a little dry but a minor complaint.
MadaMai 20, 2022Very nasty crowded and dirty lounge I do not see the point of paying extra on a ticket when the lounge service is rubbish and asking you to go early to your gate so they can have empty chairs!
If you have an early flight the pastries are just baked
Ask the staff to make your food to order. Much better than the self-service offering.
Take a right as soon as you walk in, then a right down the corridor, hey presto champagne bar.
If you want decent wifi speeds stop sharing the passwords!!!

Try to book a treatment as soon as you arrive!- Good goes down over the day. Breakfast is passable; rest of day is now bad school dinners

Pretty terrible showing for a so-called ‘first’ lounge. Overcrowded, horrible buffet (order off the menu), spotty service. Avoid if you can.
