1st fancy place on Ave X that I remember in a very long time. Very clean and friendly. Isn't as cheap as you'd think it'll be considering the neighborhood, but definitely worth the little extra $.

Hazelnut flavored lattes, hot and iced, are pretty good. But I might be biased since I love hazelnut-flavored stuff.
