Hotel apartment with reasonable price for long stay. Spacious rooms with friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Cozy nd calm location but hard to find cabs if u don't have car. Parking available.
The food, people and rooms are great and very cozy. It's roof top restaurant offers a unique view of central Tehran. Definitely worth trying.

If u go this place for ski make yourself sure to be safe because there is no good doctor here and there is only 1 brancar and this is awful !
Nice place near saei park, good quality price ratio. Very friendly staff that speak different languages including but not limited to english and italian.

Great hotel! Free parking, free wifi, clean rooms, nice staff, great prices compared to other hotels and finally some actual history behind it. The paintings on the wall and ceiling are exceptional.

It is a good hotel in a quiet street, but near the most crowded square of the city! A bit expensive compared to the services they give. It has Great halls and amazing foods.

Con: Water dispenser in lobby is obviously filled with tab water. Pro: clean western toilets to spend your day on.

Don't expect high standards from the hotels in Iran. Old rooms & bathrooms, lousy housekeeping, poor breakfast. Simorgh is no different!
The hotel itself is OK, but its real treasure is mr mousavi, who can arrange almost anything for you and do it without charging one rial. Absolutely recommended for backpackers!

Reasonable hotel, good location. Some rooms are better than others! Room 318 is a good one! Breakfast is ok, but it is a pity that upon early check out no tea or coffee can be served.
یه هتل قدیمی که تمیز و مرتب و آبرومنده. یه تراس قشنگ هم کنار رستورانش داره. کسایی که توش اقامت کردن راضی بودن من فقط رستورانشو رفتم
Уж на что я человек не придирчивый, но похоже, что номера никогда не убирают, постель и полотенца не меняют. Спали поверх в спальниках, благо они были. Саузлы отдельная песня. Очень не советую, помойк

افتضاح ترين.اول اينو بگم ك آقاي به اصطلاح مديرشون تمام مدت فال گوش ايستاده بود حرفاي مارو گوش ميكرد ك در مورد طعم چيز كيك و قهوه هاي يه كافه ي دگ صحبت ميكرديم.آخرم اومد با يه برخورد بسيار زننده و زشت

یکی از خوابگاه های قابل تحمل دانشگاه تهران ترجیحا اتاقای 08 اسانسور نداره کلا بد نیست
ساختمونش ده طبقه اس. پشت بوم خوبي داره. همه ي حمام ها هم تو طبقه منفي سه هستن. زيادي شلوغه اين خوابگاه ولي برخورد خوبي دارن مسئولين و نگهبان ها.
دو خونه قديمى ساده با محوطه سرسبز و زيبا و پر از درختان انار كه يكى شده و تبديل به يك اقامتگاه بومگردى دلنشين شده ...

سرای عامری‌ها شامل ۷ تا حیاط بزرگ هست که الان ۲-۳تاش برای بازدید عموم باز هست و مابقیش اقامتگاه و هتل ۵ ستاره شده .در قدیم ۲تا حموم خصوصی داشته و صاحبش دوره‌ای فرماندار ناحیه بوده،نفری ۵ تومنم ورودیشه Mehr erfahren.

از لحاظ فاصله تا حرم حداكثر ١٥ دقيقه ست ، توي ايام پيك مسافر مراجعه نكنيد به اينجا ، در ايام غير پيك ميتونيد اتاقي رو واسه موندن اجاره كنيد
با اختلافي جزئي رتبه دوم هتل ها رو بعد از هتل درويشي در مشهد و ميشه گفت در ايران داره.فضا و طراحي بسيار زيبا و خدمات عالي اي داره.برخورد تمامي كاركنان خيلي خوب و مهمان نوازانه است
