So many flavors and textures going on in the "Deep-Fried Divine Chocolate Tres Leches Cake": chocolate, cinnamon, soft cake, fluffy cream, strawberries, peaches, crispy fry batter.
Deep fried pork wing and homestyle potato chips. Slow roasted 6 hours, the pork is tender and the sauce tastes smokey sweet, but it doesn't have fry batter or taste fried. The chips are good.
