The Altman Building is surrounded by the oasis of Chelsea’s lavish passage, known more commonly as the flower district. The area is flourishing w/ unique & talented florists—we cannot possibly be exclusive w/ just one establishment. Therefore, we welcome your own selection, or we will work w/ you to select a florist that best matches your event, personal style & budget.

Sourcing all your rental props & furniture requirements is no problem at The Altman Building. With unlimited resources, an expansive variety of choices—tables, chairs, lounge arrangements, table-top settings & decor—is at your fingertips. As part of our first-class service, we will find whatever piece you need for your event. If you need a small, Hawaiian, guitar-like instrument, just say the word “ukulele” & it will materialize for your enjoyment. Our production team is always glad to assist in the coordination of any outside deliveries & setup for your selections

The Altman Building permits offsite production companies to produce events but in most cases clients choose to use our experienced onsite staff & full complement of on-site production resources including audio visual, sound, staging & high-speed wireless internet access. Because most equipment is already on site costs associated w/ installation & transportation are dramatically reduced. From the drawing table to the actual event, our production team will organize your spaces in less time & w/ less congestion—giving your event smoother transitions for a genuinely flawless atmosphere
