Beautifully simple cocktails that will surprise you. Try the Botanicals - it sounds like it might be very herby but in fact it's light, and sorta has the taste of... bacon?

Got any dietary restrictions? The incredible chef at Almanac will hook you up. Amazing tasting menu with splendid wine pairings--all to a vegan's delight!
