    Amazing, simply stated: delicious!! The people are so nice, the food is stick to your ribs awesome. Ribs... I ate them all. Loaded mashed: gone. Shrimp skewers: what skewers? Love it!

    I got the chicken sandwich - bacon & cheddar cheese with fries. Delicious! My boyfriend got the ribs and loved them. He is gluten free and was pleased with the options for him.

    This place is what I imagine eating at a fancy restaurant in 1970 must have been like. (This is a good thing.) Prices are reasonable too. Get the ribs or a burger and hang out at the bar.

    Alex's is a great spot to have lunch or dinner. With the daily specials and bbq meats, you can always find a yummy meal.

    The Crab Stuffed Haddock with lobster cream sauce the special today and was the most delicious thing I've tasted in a while.

    Ask for double dipped when ordering ribs, chicken, or shrimp & you'll get both BBQ and garlic. Not on the menu but the regulars love it!

    Rib and Chicken combo meal was great! French onion soup was do cheesy and delicious.

    Ribs are terrific. Try the Danish onion soup! (A bit of blue cheese added on top of their french onion soup.)
