Perfect place to spend a sunny day, don't miss the chance to enter the wind mills and enjoy the beautiful views. It's a must if you wanna get a taste of Holland, but be aware that is quite touristic.

A must-go place, only 20 minute from Amsterdam. Beautiful view! You can explore a windmill inside, rent a bike, prove some delicious cheese, or just walk... Lovely place!

This place is worth visiting, many little shops, museums, windmills, nice views for perfect shots. Goats and ducks, chocolate, cheese and souvenirs... Love this place.

Amsterdam'da fazladan zamanınız var ise görmeniz gereken köylerden bir tanesi. Centraal'den kalkan 391 numaralı otobüs ile ulaşım 40 dk sürüyor. Gidiş-dönüş otobüs bileti 10€ (Şubat 2015).

Super recomendo a visita se estiver de passagem por Amsterdã, não precisa comprar nenhum pacote para visitar o local, você consegue pegar um ônibus na estação central que te deixa em frente.

Очень хорошее место . Понравилось все : сыры разнообразные и соусы, горчицы к ним, кломпы ( было интересно смотреть как в умелых руках обычное дерево становиться обувью) , мельницы и природа.

Ricostruzione di un paesino e dei tradizionali mulini olandesi. Turistico, ma da vedere. Si può acquistare il formaggio locale e visitare il museo del cioccolato, il cui profumo pervade le strade.

Los molinos servían para moler pigmentos, serrar madera, etc. Toda la zona es muy bonita para pasear, aunque pueda parecer pequeño, hay que venir con tiempo suficiente para disfrutarlo.

مكان جميل فيه بعض من الطواحين المتبقيه. في محلات تذكارات و محل للقباقيب الخشبيه و مطعم يقدم بان كيك الهولندي (يشبه الكريب بالنسبه لنا) وبيكري يقدم وافل لذيييذ و فيه بعض الحيوانات بط و ماعز

In the summer months, you can cross the river Zaan with a small ferry. It shuttles between Zaandijkersluis (Lagedijk, Zaandijk) and the windmill Bonte Hen on the Zaanse Schans.

Perfection! It's close to Amsterdam and you can see traditional wooden houses, gardens, bridges, and windmills operating! You can explore one and drink hot chocolate in it. I didn't want to leave..

Decisamente per turisti! Il luogo è comunque caratteristico. Terminata la strada dei mulini , per un euro potete prendere una piccola barca che vi riporta in paese.

Recommend driving & spending a few hours here. Charming stores - slightly crowded in the afternoon. If you go via tour. The stops can be rather hurried.

Lindo lugar, com atrações pra crianças e adultos. Para fotografar é melhor no final do dia, quando os turistas já foram embora. Tudo fecha às 17hs. Para comer, só panquecas e sanduíches caros.

You can climb up one of the mills (the one that grinds pigment for paint) for a good view. You can also buy a creamy hot chocolate in there.

The working sawmill was awesome! We stopped there on a bus tour and didn't have enough time to linger, explore or shop the area. Needed more than an hour.

First Albert Heijn supermarket, making of wooden shoes and cheese. Visit one of the windmills located in a typical Dutch scenery. A must see.

Mükemmel bir mekan.. Buraya 2 saat ayırmanız yeterli olabilir. Tamamen kakao kokan bir mekan, çikolata ve çikolatalı süt denemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Awesome day trip from Amsterdam. Take bus 391 from Amsterdam Centraal. Windmills and river that gives a feel of old Holland. Almost perfect place on a sunny day!
