#nocarb tip - ask to change the rice to cabbage at no extra charge. Or separate the rice into a small bowl. Filling meal which doesn't break the bank.
Can't quite tell whether to put the frozen fried seaweed chicken and frozen deep fried wonton into the soup or grill... what strange ingredients. Marinated meats were good anyway!
Every Ichiban has a different special menu - katsu at this one. Nicely fried and golden brown. Crispy, not too oily. Interesting fillings for some of the katsu too - creative!
Mille-feuille katsu was juicy and tender - something different from the usual loin or fillet cuts! Remember to have everyone present otherwise you can't enter during peak periods.

Minion Park is new and GREAT! The decor is hilarious and all the static minions have speakers underneath them so they talk all the time. Such a happy place.
