We shared a bunch of appetizers (vesta roll &red beet agnolotti were amazing) as our dinner, then tried 3 desserts (pb cup, toffee pudding, and caramelized pineapple - all good, but loved pineapple).

Salmon with peanut sauce and tenderloin with black pepper aioli...you will NOT be sorry. No room for dessert, but they brought it anyway! Definitely a unique and fun experience for foodies!!

Incredibly delicious food. Awesome ambiance and very friendly service. Must try the bone marrow short rib and spicy shrimp tempura appetizers. When in Denver this is a can't kiss restaurant.

I love this place! I went form my birthday and they brought me these creme brulee pops. My group never mentioned my birthday. The server noticed my I.D. Great service,wine, food & great vibe.

The Colorado Rack of Lamb was to die for. Hands down the best meal I've had in a very long time. Try the ghost chile and roasted corn sauces.

We tasted the entire appetizer menu and the dessert tasting, everything was excellent, service was very professional, smart and at times funny. Great place for a date or business meetings.

Tuna tartar and venison both delicious! Dipping sauces with pita bread a unique experience. Our server was great. Even had vegetarian and vegan menus! An experience worth repeating!

Ghost chili dipping sauce is awesome. Ghost chilies are the hottest pepper in the world, but the sauce only has a small amount so it's the perfect balance of flavor and heat i.e. it won't hurt you.

Great for groups with their circular (partially enclosed) tables. Menu is ambitious and delicious with dipping being the theme. Overall a restaurant that really gives you an "experience"

Brandon Foster has an inventive menu...the Colorado striped bass w/ koehler-ruprecht pinot blanc kabinett trocken 09 & lamb shank w/ domaine de la petite cassagne rose' 2012 were delicious...

Always yummy and great service. Pork belly is joyful. Grilled prawns were tasty too. Chocolate and peanut butter truffle to finish was just right...

Have an aged rye cocktail with dinner. Chicken tikka was amazing. Servers pair enters with side dipping sauces. Great experience.

Sit at the bar and order lots of dishes and share them. Cheese and charcuterie a must do!! Pecan pie salad also excellent. Great wine list too.

Just have five each of the first two appetizers (2 and 3 dollars each). They were the best dishes among the 12 different dishes I tried.

The duck breast and the dipping sauce pairing is perfect. The pork belly appetizer is excellent as well.

One of the classiest and tastiest boutique restaurants in Denver. Tons of sauces to dip delicious entrees in. B2 Steak Sauce, Black Pepper Aioli, Spicy Watermelon, just to name a few of the best.

Order the "Where the Buffalo Roam" cocktail... also, the mussels are fabulous. You're not going to get a bad dish here.

Must have the sesame seed tuna rolls. The best. Sit at the bar for dinner. No need for a table. Make sure to toast with the bartenders. They are always good.

Everything at Vesta is impeccible. I highly reccomend the beef skewers, the lamb, the venison, and the berry caipirinha cocktail

Blergh. Don't bother. If you are a foodie the small plates= major disappointment esp the tuna. Even the burrata via cheese plate was brutally bad. If it's any cold comfort-service was impeccable
