The problem is the obnoxious customers in Beverly Hills both residents and tourists who are both loud and vulgar.
Service is great at this location. It doesn't take them long to remember your name or face :)

This location has the slowest employees ever!! You will wait a long time before you even get to order, then wait 10 more minutes for 1 coffee.
