Great service upon check in. My experience was a Very attentive front desk and valet(similar to a higher level property like a Waldorf). Nice, clean, updated rooms in a historic building.

Great location in downtown LA. The Hilton hotel is a much older establishment with smaller rooms Rates are on the pricy side but it is near many restaurants. Near Staples Centre

After a long night of partying head up to the rooftop jacuzzi at 7am to enjoy a sunrise view of LA....then back down to cave out till your late checkout. Tip the desk person and stay even later ;)

Make sure to check out the rooftop pool and view of the surrounding architecture. Park down the street for a better deal. There are numerous overnight safe cheap lots more than half the cost.

One other thing, their website said there was a pool. We went upstairs to the "pool" deck, no pool. A workman laughed and pointed at a a freshly concreted area, "Right there. Be careful it's shallow."

I love this hotel, the staff is awesome...really. BUT...Room 408, next to ice machine, SO LOUD! People coming and going till all hours! Don't stay in this room.

This hotel has the best beds and the best pillows. You have to valet for 50$, but self park next door for a savings of $8! Woot!

We aware of Hilton Great Getaway Deal it does not include breakfast for kids staying with you but Richard's helpful assistance makes up for it

This hotel has the friendliest staff of anywhere I've ever stayed. Only con: They messed up my reservation, The room i ended up with was not good, next to the ice machine, so loud, barely slept.

They lost my rental car in their parking garage. After about 20 minutes, they finally found it.

The air conditioning Wasn't working when we checked in. Nobody told us. It took hours to get it fixed. At least we got money off bill.
