ELS Language CentersJuly 27, 2012One of the most beautiful government buildings in the United States! Go on a free tour & go up to the top of the tower, best free view of downtown Santa Barbara. Also home to many popular events.
If you want to get a 360 degree view of the city, get on the elevator adjacent to the information booth. There is also a hidden staircase behind a door next to the elevator.

When you have a Court Date & they say they're open from 8-3pm. That doesn't mean you can go anytime you want. Get there @ 7:30am & say a few Hail Mary's.
- Built in 1929, the courthouse used to also be the city jail. Parking along the street, or at the public parking adjacent to the library is free up to 75 minutes.
