One of my favorite parks in Seattle. Beautiful panoramic views of the city from the tower. Located by the reservoir, greenhouse, and museum. Nicely maintained and lots of activities.

One of Seattle's best parks, right in Capitol Hill. While you're there, visit the Seattle Asian Art Museum or the Conservatory.

Don't believe what others may have told you.. You CAN'T watch 4th of July fireworks from the donut statue at the park. The fireworks don't really clear the trees. You CAN however see a lovely sunset.

This park is home to one of Seattle's best views, a historic water tower, a conservatory built in 1912, and Seattle Asian Art Museum.

Climb to the top of the tower on a clear day. Or run up and down the stairs several times for a good workout.

On a cold day, go into the Conservatory and check out the cacti and orchids. On a clear day wind your way up to the top of the Water Tower and catch the 360 view.

If you run your dog there and forget his water bottle, handy tip: check the south border, near prospect and 11th. There youll find a building's outdoor hose which is handily(!) unlocked

Enjoy the strange juxtaposition of life (kids playing at the playground) and death (the cemetery right through the chain link fence).
