Try anything and dip it in the orange sauce. It's better than the orange sauce from La Vic's in San Jose. www.grubcrawl.com
The closest you'll get to Barcelona without a passport
Best tapas in SF. Favorite are garlic shrimp, artichokes, and the potato omelette.
$5 lunch + $10 carafe of sangria. (then cancel your plans for the rest of the afternoon and grab another carafe.)
trying the Patatas Fritas, are a must!.. they've got the best Cust. Serv. btw.. absolutely friendly
try the happy hour sangria w/ some appetizers! (i think happy hour is only till 7pm)
good sangria, the sauteed oysters too.
Happy hour daily from noon to 7pm. Glass of sangria $2.50, carafe $10
The carafe of sangria is a little too big for two people. Look out, drunk!
Amazing sangria... Order by the pitchers. Paella was delish. From the tapas menu, try the garlic chicken and potato pancakes. Yum.
Can't go wrong w/ grilled oysters & calamaries; of course with sangria(;
Go on Monday for "paella night" which comes with sangria and dulce flan on-the-house!
I've had a ton of patatas bravas and these are some of the best, easily. Including what I've tried in Barcelona. Every dish is fantastic here.
My once a week spot 💔
A piece of Spain in SF! Sangria, pimientos del Padron, tortilla, garlic shrimp...just take your pick.
reverse happy hour 10pm to closing
The bread and sauce they serve you as an appetizer are delicious! Loved everything we ordered: grilled jumbo shrimp, spinach, pork kebabs, oysters, and especially the sangria.
$10 carafe of delicious Sangria available during happy hour: noon to 7 pm!
Love their sangria. $10 for a carafe or $2.50 for a glass (during happy hour) . Lobster tail tapa is delish!,
Come for lunch and enjoy the awesome "bocadillo de tortilla de patata" - fried calamari and manchego cheese are a must.
Try the Potatoes Bravas - #kvpinmybelly : Yummy garlic-y Romesco sauce. Kinda addicted to it. Paired with Clara. Flavored of Barcelona!
The best sangria in the city. And a wide choice of tasty tapas.
Happy hour sangria and patio.
My mouth is on garlic fire, and I love it. Best Spanish in San Francisco (a place with pretty bad Spanish food). This place is pretty authentic.
Coming from Barcelona, Spain. This place is nice. It might be the closest you will be to good tapas back in Spain. Which is nice. The sangria is really good I will give them that.
Love the sangria here!
Da paella is da best.
Regardless of whether the food was good, the staff are shady. They changed the tip from 20% to 30%. Wtf?! I won't be going back.
Yummiest Spanish food in SF!
Happy hour with $10 sangria carafes until 7, amazing tapas
$10 pitcher of sangria before 7? Count me in!
Patatas bravas is really good!
A mariachi band came and played. The orange sauce is great! The combo plates are a great value. I got the garlic chicken which was good, but became overwhelming half way through. Good dish to share.
Hillary Lindeman is a liar
Good tapas expect a wait
Great for large groups. Get a pitcher of sangria. Also dig into the free bread with the yummy spicy red sauce. Also like garlic shrimp, lobster tail, and patatas bravas.
Anchovy-stuffed olives and patatas bravas are the best way to kick off a meal here. This is a fantastic second-date spot!
Decent tapas- almost never a wait to be seated.
Noisy and loud. If you want a romantic and quiet dinner look elsewhere. The paella gets a 7 out of 10. Needs MORE saffron flavor, color and seafood.
The orange dipping sauce goes with not just the bread, but with everything! So good!
Their salsa brava is fantastic.
Orange sauce better than LaVic's?? Them fightin words @grubcrawl
The waiters were lousy and did not bring food on time......
Best paella in town!
