    Went here for lunch and it was amazing! I had the sashimi appetizer and the duck breast entree (see pic). Both delicious. Highly recommend

    Crispy Sweetbread, Smoked Diver Scallops, Roasted Cali Squab&Nova Scotia Halibut paired w white burgundy. All moist&delicious. Surprise delight-romaine lettuce topped w basil breadcrumbs. Won me over.

    Tasting menu with wine pairing is a must; had the Uni special with caviar and fried oyster (pictured) to start off the tasting.... unreal

    Get the full course chefs meal. Expensive yes, but the Symphony of flavors, presentation and flavors are absolutely sublime and worth it. Great drinks ask well

    The salted caramel chocolate is to die for. Order the drink, Marie Laveau, it's like an esoteric Manhattan. The beef tartare is delicious - you won't regret it!

    Everything is awesome - the 10 course tasting menu is one of the best meals I've had in NYC. Impeccable and friendly service. Great for a special occasion.

    Feels like pre-crash Manhattan all over again at Gabriel Kreuther, the namesake Alsatian joint by the chef who spent nearly a decade at The Modern slinging tarte flambées. ★★★

    The chef here is known for his tarte flambees, which is pretty much an Alsatian pizza. The by-the-glass gewurztraminer is a must try as well

    Not very busy in the bar area for a Friday night. Wasn't too impressed by the starter which was ceviche. Beef was only OK too. Potatoes almost tasted re-heated. Wouldn't go back.
