Definitely one of the best places I've been for brunch in London. Corn fritters - unusual delight/ ricotta pancakes - fabulous classic 💕🙏🏻 the place itself is beautifully designed
Delicious food & cocktails, great (indie-ish) music & comfortable seating. Granger & Co has perfect lighting when the sun hits it in the afternoon. And the big windows look straight into a park.
Delicious food and really friendly service, even when it's really busy at the weekends. Don't be put off by queues, just wait it out and the food will be worth it!
The third branch I’ve visited so far .. Perfect consistency in taste, quality & service !! My favorite breakfast spot in London, if not in the world !! Go for the scrambled eggs & ricotta hotcakes !!
Good brunch place. Had the Aussie which was a good basic breakfast. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. Bloody Mary was delicious despite the fact you can see thru it. Fresh pressed juices are great
The ricotta hotcakes are easily the best pancakes I've had in my life, ever 🥞😍🤤— and I used to live in the US, so I've had my share of pancakes. Yummmmm.
Goat cheeseflatbreads: 6/10. Salmon, freekeh, sprouts & yoghurtsalad: 8/10. Yellow fish curry, butternut squash and rice: 10/10. My only gripe is the salmon was not smoked as stated in the menu.
Great elevated comfort breakfast food. It’s not ‘under the radar’ by any means (lots of tourists here) but it’s a quality experience and the ricotta pancakes keep me coming back year after year.
The interiors were bright, the staff were super helpful and the portions were bigger than most in London. Order to share. It was more expensive than we expected. I'll be back for breakfast!
Food was amazing, service was great! But the place is extremely noisy! Definitely worth a visit for the food! Tried scrambled eggs and hot cakes; both were beyond great!
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 to food, staff and atmosphere) tried scramble, linguine, hotcakes, chai latte and they all were great. Highly recommend to add mushrooms to scramble
Nice breakfast spot that ventures beyond the usual avo on toast. The place benefits from plenty of natural light. One thing is a rip-off: the juice comes in a shot glass. All else is worth having
Kimchifried rice with fried crab was amazing. Crab's was soft and fried in egg. Soft boiled egg on top. Kimchi was not overwhelming. Really good, fast food
The breakfast and lunch menu is delicious. Great section of drinks from smoothies to cocktails to wines. Cakes are absolutely yummy. The venue itself is well lit, cozy and comfortable.
My favourite champagne Billecart-Salmon on the drinks list! Delicious Korean fried chicken, the accompanying chilli sauce is addictive. Sambalchicken salad also fab. Will definitely be back!
As an Aussie, I can attest to G&Co’s damn good brunch. Regular at King’s X but other branches are just as nice (same decor and vibe). FW much better at King’s X than Clerkenwell.
One of those places I keep going back to. Quirky menu that changes with the seasons. Try the korean fried chicken, lamb pizzetta, chicken schnitzel or clementineduck.
Recotta cakes fluffy big portions not too sweet which is how I like but my husband thought it needs more sugar. Poached egg with avocado not seasoned. Overall ok but nothing special one time visit
Deliciously smokey grilled asparagus. Hypertension salty pappardelleveal & porkragu. Baked cod & tomatochorizo comes with a teeny tiny lonely chorizo chunk. Hit & miss service. Hotel style dining.
New favourite place in Clerkenwell. Great atmosphere, good service and food. Try the coconut yogurt or sweetcorn fritters at breakfast. Not the cheapest however...
Great breakfast and brunch, especially the ricotta hotcakes; the food is very much like his Sydney cafes. It is expensive and the room feels a like a hotel.
Exciting dishes, which deliver big on flavour. Go for brekkie and have the fried rice or sweetcorn fritters. Full review on Scoff: http://scofflondon.com/restaurants/granger-co-clerkenwell-review/
