Extremely cheap produce of variable quality. Tons of Chinese produce and food products, including more soy sauce brands than you've ever seen. Lots of soybean and other vegetarian products.

Good for Asian produce but fruits and western produce aren't as fresh. One of the busier groceries in Chinatown so expect a wait

What's not good is if you bring your own bag, they refuse to bag your groceries for you. No idea why. Not cool.

They do take credit and debit, but they don't like to, and they'll charge you extra if you use them. Cash is preferred.
