    Delicious pork cutlet (katsu). I'd say one of the best. You'll have options on the breed of pork. From Kurobuta (Black Pig) to Chamiton who have green tea as part of their diet. Superb & tasty meat

    I also stop here for lunch for their famous katsu pork with rice and cabbage salad. Free refills on those. Last time i tried the croquettes and they were amazing. Must try!! Follow the signs.

    外国人を含め混雑していましたが、スムーズな案内により、昼時にもかかわらずほとんど待たずに入れました。このように有名で繁盛し大きな名声を築いた店はとかく接客に対してもあまり好意的でなくなるケースが少なくないと思っていましたが、ここは厨房からの器の音を聴いてサービスを判断するホールの女性をはじめ、フレンドリーかつ実にてきぱきとしたサービスぶりが目立ち料理ともども素晴らしいと感じました。リーズナブル。

    A great standard for comparison when it comes to Maisen. Fresh panko and a selection quality pork are what makes this place. Very fluffy yet crispy texture makes up the tonkatsu here. Worth a visit.

    トンカツ屋だが呑み客にも対応できるメニューも多くそろえており使い勝手が良い。ビール中瓶680円は高め。カウンターの妹系店員とチョイ呑みに来てる(店にボトルキープを入れている)常連爺さんの会話が面白い。お店の周りの店が19:00-20:00に閉店する店が多いのか20:00位から混みだす。

    La experiencia en si ya merece la pena. Tienen sitio en la planta de arriba pero es mejor comer en la barra. El tonkatsu básico está buenísimo (1.700¥) y los cócteles bien hechos. Recomendable 100%!!

    The standard tonkatsu is fabulous, but if you want any of their special cuts you need to get in early as they only make a few each day. Don't forget your cabbage refill.

    Ask to sit at the Japanese tables on level 1 if you can't sit at the bar. Much nicer ambience. Lunch set is well priced and tasty!

    超有名ということで避けていたが、行ってみて超好印象。接客抜群に良し。地元の宴会用途にも使われていうるという感じでフレンドリー。評判通りとんかつで切れます。ふわふわのパン粉清潔なサラダ油で揚げてるという感じ。ガッツリ系が好きな人には物足りない。私は接客も含めた総合評価で高得点。

    authentic tonkatsu - not greasy at all! they have counter and table seating. table seats are placed in their main hall which has a high ceiling and a hanging grandfather clock.

    You want the pork, not the fish. Pork = round or cutlet-looking. Fish = fish sticks. Beware the fish sticks.

    Definitely get the Tokyo-X pork cutlets!! You wouldn't regret it! Compared to Tokyo-X, Kurobuta was not that impressive.

    쿠로부타 (흑돼지) 로스카츠 3,100엔 / 16년 2월 기준.. 무슨 돈까스를 3만원이나 주고 먹어 싶지만 한번은 먹어 볼 만한 것 같아요 다 먹고나면 디저트로 샤베트가 나오니 먹고 나오세요

    I ordered the mixed platter which came with shrimp, potato and pork katsu. It was crispy and not too oily which is good but the taste is nothing special

    Definitely focus on the katsu. It's terrific. Avoid the set meals, as their kitchen isn't particularly good at making anything else.
