Take the UTA into downtown SLC especially at rush. Time is comparable to a cab, you'll save $20 and you may see the historic Union Pacific depot and sign.

Go early to get the freshest sticky buns. They often sell out by early afternoon.
Once you're upstairs ... don't leave! A few panels have "reached capacity" and staff isn't exactly forgiving. ;)
