Where the locals have been drinking beer for decades. Beer on the sidewalk any day of the week, have a bite at Braseiro, Guimas, Peahi. Perfect for football watching.
Great co-working, good cheap coffe, excellent breakfast and lunch and evolves into nice after work hang then fun bar. In theory you never have to leave :)
