Just look at those salt and pepper shakers... This pretty much shows what this place is like. Perhaps some students enjoy this place, but I am not a student and this is my fucking Fucking Black List.
Laowai infested. Overpriced books. Average food and drinks. Might have been an important gathering spot for expats in the past, but those days are over.
Not sure what kind of cuisine is it supposed to be, but sure as hell this isn't japanese. Ingredients are of questionable quality and "fusion" is not an excuse for chef's lack of direction.
This restaurant is a disgrace to the original Nadaman in Japan. The insistence of the waiters to serve everything at once, as if it is a Chinese restaurant, kills the attempt to enjoy Kaiseki. Bad.
Maybe I got there at the wrong time, but I have found the low threshold of base alcohol shocking, while the whole "bar tending" situation simply wasn't present at all. Plenty of better places in Ginza
The place has become so overcomercialized, not even expats are coming here anylonger.
There is nothing Japanese about this food. American "fusion" sushi at best. Not a place for purists!
