"Soooooo crowded"

"The Wifi is not connecting in the rooms, when we asked the receptionist for help he asked us to stay in the reception & he did not offer any help."

"Good location otherwise it sucks;very rude staff,noisy surroundings,no refregerator & no A/C in the room,very old towels,uncomfortable bed,bad pillows,no elevator(so u've to carry ur bags 3 levels up)"

"The room is big & nice but there is no electric kettle, the people in the reception don't know english & they gave us a hard time, the area around is crowded & somewhat dangerous."
