They have a small menu of steamed & baked buns with exotic fillings (including a great vegetarian offering), but everything is unique, well-prepared, & fresh. There's always a line but worth the wait. Mehr erfahren

This truck has some seriously amazing gua bao. Pork belly was absolutely phenomenal, I literally ordered more just to taste it again it was so good

The Steamed Bao are delicious. Great mix of tasty protein, flavorful veggies and sauces. All are worth trying.

The tofu isn’t vegan, it contains buttermilk 🤷🏻‍♀️. They told me they could make me some w/o and I thought that meant tofu w/o buttermilk but what I got was 3 baos filled with garnish. 👎

One baked bun or two steamed buns are enough for lunch. If you're really hungry, get one baked and one steamed.

Only 1 veggie option - tofu. Its either steamed or baked. Must try the steamed.
