Dale Talde breathes new life into the pan-Asian genre at this unabashedly fun Park Slope restaurant. Head here with a few friends and try a lot of things to share. [Eater 38 Member]

Go with the pretzel dumplings, the wingys and the bacon fried oyster pad thai. You might as well throw on your diaper because you will make a mess of your underwear when this place makes you foodgasm

This Pan-Asian eatery debuts their Thanksgiving ramen. Bowl comes with slices of roasted turkey, roulade, dumplings filled with creamed spinach, tart pickled cranberries, and a mushroom-soy gravy. Mehr erfahren

Yes, the pretzel pork and chive dumplings at this Asian-American spot are far from traditional, but the crispy, salty dough and the accompanying spicy mustard make for an addictive combination. Mehr erfahren

The best thing on the menu is the Korean-style fried chicken. The skin is crisp, the meat is super moist and juicy, and the whole thing arrives in a pool of spicy kimchi yogurt. Mehr erfahren

Try the Korean Fried Chicken, noteworthy for its juicy meat and seasoned skin. It arrives sliced and sitting in a puddle of spicy kimchi yogurt, with pickled grapes and mint leaves strewn about. Mehr erfahren

The Filipino pork brunch dish is an elevated but authentic take on tosilog. As a Filipino American, it may be the best tosilog I've ever had. I highly recommend it.

Should be #1 in park slope. Great service, drinks & exciting innovative menu. Kung Pao wings are amazing and suggest over ordering and sharing. Korean fried chicken is a must & daily ramen special.

A smattering of chopped peanuts, cilantro, and sliced scallions adds texture to the sticky wings. Instead of typical blue cheese dressing, Talde serves a rich buttermilk ranch dressing. Mehr erfahren

So many great options: pretzel pork dumplings, kung pao wings, and the bacon oyster Pad Thai are our go-to's. For a drink try the BBQ negroni for a smoky variation on a classic.

Dale Talde's wacky pan-Asian restaurant nails pretty much every dish on the menu, from "Kung Pao chicken wings" to more sophisticated dishes, like a banana leaf-wrapped whole branzino.

Bacon pad thai was okay, I was hardly able to find any bacon! Crab fried rice was delicious, except it was not a ”side” portion, it was entree size. Get the chinese fried chicken wings. So goood..

If you go for brunch, get the pork and pretzels dumplings and the sausage and cheese fried rice for sure! And if you're not too hungover and can handle the noise, sit in the back by the open kitchen.

Fans of "Asian fusion" may enjoy dishes at Talde, such as the pretzel dumplings and bacon and oyster pad thai. For the most part, dishes are low in flavor and high in price point.
