The food in Silo grew from Instagram. It’s a form of cooking that is not always true to the ingredients but to aesthetics. Plus avocado is god. You have to include avocado or someone will be offended.

We waited one hour for breakfast because the kitchen ran out of everything. The waiters had to stop taking orders. The food was good though and we got a free coffee as an excuse.

They have “the look” - hipster look, that is. Great atmosphere. Servings are small, nouvelle cuisine small. It’s expensive for what it is.
