Love the fact that its open 24 hours and you have access to the showers, overall it is just a great atmosphere
PAOhikuOktober 30, 2012Great gym...very spacious, clean, friendly staff, and plenty of machines with little to zero wait time depending on when you come to workout.
This is a very good gym. Is clean, you don't have to wait for the exercise machines, open 24/7 and the best of all, the price is right.
Friday night through Sunday night it's a ghost town. You can workout in peace.

Early morning until around 8am is the best time during the week
After 10:30-11pm on weekdays there's less that 15-20 people there
These massage chairs are Everything!!!
Apparently Saturday afternoon is a non workout day cuz it's kinda empty
