- SFGateDezember 23, 2014The menu is narrow, offering to-the-point American barbecue fare, plus some twists. Don't miss the Banh Mi Vietnamese Sausage, a perfectly balanced homage to its Vietnamese sandwich cousins. Mehr erfahren
- SFGateAugust 2, 2014Don't miss the Banh Mi Vietnamese Sausage, a perfectly balanced homage to its Vietnamese sandwich cousins. Meanwhile, the hot Italian sausage is full of flavor and spice. Mehr erfahren
- Jaime ScatenaMai 22, 2015The tongue & maple bacon sandwich is one of a kind! Rich in flavour & texture, really yummy! Best if paired with a local Pilsner beer.
- Open super-late, (1am) and not a bad thing on the menu. Add an awesome beer selection, great pie, and random pickles and cured meats for takeout... It's never packed and it really should be.
- AskMenJuly 5, 2012The two pies are bona fide Southern favorites -- pecan and lemon -- and their fried pickled okra is great. Add beer and wine to all this flavor, and we're there to savor. Mehr erfahren
- CITY GRITAugust 1, 2014Seriously, Country Sausage and Egg over Fries With Kimchee, Buttered Onions and Aioli!?! We think Derek McCarthy is trying to kill us. It was worth the risk AND we doubled down with the Lardo Burger.
- Kevin NelsonJuly 2, 2012It's a sausage spot, not BBQ. Everything is made in house, and delicious. Try the pickle plate, the bahn mi sausage, and the pecan pie.
- Ivy SomethingOktober 25, 2012Mac & Cheese w/ Beer Braised Greens & Hock Ham to-go! The perfect late night snack-n-walk.
- Filip MaresNovember 11, 2012The poutine is legit. Cheese curds, bacon bits and fried onion. Good twists. Take it from a Canadian, this is a good find.
- Bryan BuckleyJuly 30, 2013Get the poutine and an À la carte sausage (~$2.50; banh mi if you would have me choose for you) for a tasty meal right around $10.
- Travel + LeisureNovember 30, 2012Stamp out the munchies with the pickled eggs as artisanal sausage makers work out of this old record store (the neon marquee still reads DISCOLANDIA).
- Drew BeckAugust 22, 2014Mac n cheese with sausage is killer. Poutine great. Pacific Brewing Laboratory imperial IPA THUMBS UP
- AbbyJuly 25, 2013Best gem in the neighborhood! Great spot for a beer and some snacks after a long day.
- Jennifer BurlingtonOktober 12, 2012Gotta support cool little places like this when they open up. Hope it's good, well see in a minute. + they kept the old record store sign.
- Nancy VermaNovember 21, 2012The mac n cheese is light and cheezy - cole slaw is amazing, no mayo and has pickled red onions. Thumbs up on both.
- Possibly the best macaroni and cheese I've ever eaten. And I've eaten some macaroni and cheese.
- A decent record collection, incredible space, with meat meat and pies.
- Pete PetrashJanuar 3, 2014The Kobe Bacon Burger was amazing. One of the best burgers I've had in the city.
- If you're a poutine aficionado, skip it here. Burger is amazing though
- Poutine, sausage, beer, *and* pie?! I have found heaven, and it is on 24th Street.
- Ian PihlSeptember 17, 2012Overall: ehhhh. Shud have ordered the chicken and biscuit. It looked way better than anything we had.
- You'll need to bring yr own coffee. Philz is a good stop on the way here.
- Laurence BJuly 17, 2015The menu board makes it seem like you can add a side to your poutine for $4, but you actually cannot. The cashier said she'd tell her manager about it. Beware.
- Nicole RiveraFebruar 5, 2014Service was like watching paint dry...can only hope food will make up for the front of house disorganization of blonde cashier
- Jeff MojicaJuly 7, 2013OVERPRICED pies for what you get: mediocre, tiny slices. Don't bother. The apple pie uses thinly sliced apples on bland crusts.
