The Pad Thai is great, and the spicy scale is pretty incredible. Try the Pinky Milky.
In front of the gardens, with Las Vegas Blvd. to your back, get close to the statue, get low and shoot up. You will get a great shot, with the fountains shooting overhead.
By the obelisk, outside the Luxor, face the hotel and you can get a shot of the sphinx with the pyramid in the background.
Put your back to the fountain and shoot through the arches. This is a beautiful shot day or night.
The traffic island on Las Vegas Blvd., outside of the Hard Rock, provides some of the most unique views of the strip. The views from here of the Aria, Monte Carlo, and Cosmopolitan are great at night.
At the NE corner of the fountains, you can use the 3rd pillar from the Bellagio shops to get a nice, unobstructed shot of the water show, with the Cosmopolitan and O sign in the background.
From inside the park, you can get a great angle on the surrounding buildings for a Panoramic Stitch. Outside the park on the west side, looking south, is a fantastic shot of the Flatiron Building.
