Great first class with Mantas---super hard and motivating. I've never sweat so much in a spinning class before!
Pro-tip: If there is no seating (as there often is), go across the street to Aria---it's owned by the same people and it's the same menu.
Be sure to buy your own gloves. All the ones they have smell like ass!!!
Awesome breakfast. Get the grey dog breakfast or the poached eggs and salmon.
