Intense workouts!! Sometimes just the warm up is a killer! June ChangJuni 8, 2012I don't recommend here. People at desk are so rude. Instructors don't show up often times in the 7am morning classes. Then they kicked me out for being 15min late in their afternoon class. INSANE.
