Second location of the one in Southcenter. Had the black garlic ramen, which was tasty. Fairly authentic and wasn't terribly busy when I went.
The Tonkatsu is #1 here for a reason. That pork broth is so rich and delicious. For a change order the Miso Ramen and fish cake.
I love the Shio ramen and I added corn. The meat was so tender! Only half orders and few choices of ramen at dinner. Miso butter anything is delicious! Japanese pancake is also good.
"It's only open Wednesday through Sunday, and there's only eight tables. It's some of the best ramen in the city. They're back there making the noodles by hand." Chef Tamara Murphy Mehr erfahren.
