The first thing I tried was the pulled pork sandwich. I got it every time I came until I tried the fried chicken sandwich. Now I struggle to decide between the two.

Really, really delicious fried chicken with chipotle aioli, GIANT biscuit with maple butter, DELICIOUS french fries sprinkled with maybe sugar?. Omg, so good.

The fried chicken sandwich was sublime. Just a hint of maple syrup was a welcome addition. Solid slaw as well.

The Bayou fried catfish po boy is amazing. Nice twist with the chili sauce and aioli.
