Great staff will make you a perfect classic cocktail. Sazerac, Vesper Martini, and Rum & Raisin Old Fashioned are superb. Beautiful, relaxed setting. If there's a drink you really love that's no longer on the menu, most of the bar staff will be able to make it for you regardless. Viva the Aviator!
