If you love your meats and rice then Maharlika is a great, casual spot. If you're looking for some balanced greens, try elsewhere.

The goat is spectacular. So is the teo tita. If you’re on the fence - get off it and commit immediately.

The meat in the Kare Kare is indeed tenderly cooked but the sauce is tremendously heavy, as are most of the Filipino offerings.

Nice atmosphere but food was subpar. Had the corned beef w/fried egg & garlic rice which was OK- not worth $10. Friend had bangus w/same sides & not impressed. Maja blanca OK (2 of 4 petals via Fondu) Mehr erfahren

The eggs Imelda (their version of eggs Benedict) is quite salty due to the shrimp paste used. Order a side if white rice to help your mouth deal.
