Everything we ordered was delish. From the mac and cheese fritters, wasabi tuna tartare sandwich, local cheeseburger, to the pumpkin cake sundae. Even the Moscow Mules were made to perfection.

Great place for a bite & a drink. Nice variety of beers & spirits. Chat with Nathan, the bartender, for some uncommon libation knowledge.

Great place. The grass fed burger is the best in Southie. Their canned beer menu is better than most bars drink menus. Servers are top notch, I'm going to wear 149 out this summer

Never been here as Farragut House, but as Local 149. Restaurant/bar with a cool on tap selection of microbrews and foreign beers, gonna be a great summer spot near Castle Island and the beaches

Mac and Cheese Fritters come with an amazing hot sauce/ketchup concoction that provides a great contrast to the cheesy inside. Also, great beers on tap!

Great brunch spot. Definitely pricey, but they have some really unique selections. Also have pretty decent oysters and littlenecks, which is tough to find locally in Southie

Such a cool place but I think the fried pickles were designed for an infant. Ps, there's other fried things like carrots, cauliflower, and nonsense

Over-salted, over-priced bar food. Go here to drink, not to eat. Had the Cajun crab special, salmon, papas tacos, french onion soup, and lastly the fluffer butternut desert. #gross
