Don't queue for the lifts with all the tourists, tone your bum & use the stairs!
Do not forget to have a look at the upper floors. From October there is a lovely Christmas section.

Very busy on the run up to Christmas. Many expensive things but bath section has good pampering material
One of the most pleasent department stores in London.
I love it that the staff call me Sir, even though they know I can't afford to buy anything.
Always a good place to escape the hustle of London's crazy streets. 4th floor is wonderful.
