juicy, crisp, simple, perfection. takes "rotisserie" to a whole other level. + the plain-yet-fancy mac n cheese and lightly, brightly dressed salad. sit @ bar to watch chef(s) in action.

The best chicken/poultry in town. Great venue too with its white wood-panelled walls and large host table in the cellar at the back, surrounded by the wine bottles

Un magnifique restaurant et des recettes de volaille à tomber (le poulet en croute d'amandes et de noisettes...). Délicieuses profiteroles pour terminer. Possible de s'attabler au bar, très cosy.

Cozy setting near Sacre Coeur. Original and interesting concept. But clearly very few people in Paris have eaten Peruvian chicken. Enjoy this place until Peruvians come to town.

Modern French food done very, very well - including a plate of offal! Go for lunch when the crowds are light, and the beautiful window seat is open.

Make a reservation for dinner. Pop in for lunch. DO NOT fill up on bread. Portions are large.
