- Lidia BastianichOktober 31, 2011Sirio Maccioni claims to be the one to baptize pasta with spring vegetables as "primavera" in 1974. Sirio was at the lead in bringing the fine Italian dining experience to New York.
- Salads are very fresh but the truffle dressing makes it wonderful.
- Lamb was wonderful. So was the pig and soufflé.
- Floating island was perfectly done. Sauce was excellent.
- Legendary NYC restaurant for special occasions...leave room for their special desserts!
- Osso buco was a special tonight and very good.
- Venison was delicious and a regular menu item
