Locals come here for coastal views high above sea level. Meander through the Sutro Baths, wander off to the nearby Legion of Honor or hike one of the many trails out to a great stone labyrinth. Mehr erfahren

Beautiful park near the sea. You can walk through the conifers on the hill, or breathe the sea down below. I went here to watch the sunrise - one of the best sunrises in my life :)

This is a great spot for a hike not too far from the city. If you go during March, April or May you may see whales at the distance almost by the Golden Gate Bridge.

Walk along the edge of the continent- North America- at Land's End, a coastal lookout that provides a perfect place to hike and have a picnic!

Amazing nature! Perfect place for walking and relaxing! No rubbish bins inside the park. Collect your rubbish until the end of the park!

This trail is really nice. Great views of the ocean and golden gate bridge. Access to a few small beaches. On weekends parts of the trail can get pretty crowded

Great place to hike (even for amateurs) with AMAZING views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Begin your hike after 2pm for the best views!

A gorgeous walking/ running path no matter the weather. But, if you are walking with multiple ppl in ur party, be mindful of those who may want to pass and continue with an exercise, not a stroll. :)

So beautiful, especially the coastal trail. Sunset is the best time to go. A lot of tourists and parking is difficult.

One of a few places that has a great view of the ocean and the Golden Gate Bridge. Parking isn't usually hard to find.

Great ocean view, windy, very dark at night. Chill by fire with your friends. Nice place to feel like you are somewhere far away from the city.

Walk the coastal trail starting at the lookout, through to the Presidio and ending at the bridge. Make sure to stop at Baker Beach for a break and try to tack on the Palace of Fine Arts at the end.

Just walk for a few minutes and feel like you are away from the city. Good spots for photographying Golden Gate and sunsets over the ocean. Dont forget the flashlight for the way back to civilization!

Once again, fantastic views. The Pacific in all its majesty. Hike the trails and make your way toward China Beach if you feel up for a long walk. Cliff House is good for food but $$$.

Take the N to Ocean Beach (end of the line) then walk north along the ocean. Then keep north to the Sutro Baths and this trail. Nice view of Golden Gate Bridge at the end if it's not foggy.

Fam/friends in town? This is a great 2 mile walk to fawn over the Golden Gate bridge and bay. Good little workout for before/after brunch too!

Go early (before 10) to avoid crowds. Look out for sea creatures.

You cannot drive to the labyrinth. Once you find a parking spot, it's a 20 min walk.
