"Kopi, espresso style. Uses traditionally roasted beans (robusta, w/ butter). Kopi-C (basically a cap) is super rich. Didn’t expect to like it, but recommended if you enjoy both kopi and fancy coffee."

"Plucked from California. Coffee from the Bay Area (Ritual and Chromatic), clothes from LA. Seems a bit gimmicky, there are local roasters that are just as good or better."

"Modern, rustic, and slightly Japanese. Colorful Colorado has a great balance of salt, acid, and spice. Best coffee and food I’ve had in my 4 days in Denver."

"Good and interesting beers. They specialized in sours, but have other kinds too. Their flagship sour beer, Surleim, is worthy of the title. Try a sampler of the Sour and Special columns."
