Need some rest from New York’s skyscrapers? Go visit “The High Line” in Chelsea! This public park built on a defunct railway that runs 30 feet above Manhattan really is extraordinary and relaxing.

Whoa! A Shake Shack + Blue Smoke by Gate 34 in Terminal 4. Eat everything and risk missing your flight because of a food coma. Note to self: schedule all flights to depart from this 5 gate radius.

Terminal 4 pro tip: if your little one soils himself and you run out of backup clothes — deep breaths, remain calm. know both Hudson ($10) and Shake Shack ($18) have onesies.

It can be confusing, but it’s well worth figuring out how to get into the city via the AirTrain and subway—costs 10% as much as a taxi, and locals will eagerly help you find your way if you ask.

Yes, there are two Shake shacks in the Delta terminal. Skip the first one you see. The one further in has seating and sometimes a shorter line. Go there.

If you fly in with JetBlue the AirTrain is a pretty long walk away, so factor that into your commute time. Virgin America is much easier when it comes to jumping in the train.

Each terminal is a different world here. 1 is straightforward and tend to be very quick both inbound & outbound. Terminal 4 has tons of shops and restaurants but be prepared to walk a lot to your gate

AIRTRAIN EXPLAINED. One track has trains coming in T1→T8 direction, ending at either Howard Beach/Jamaica as final stop. The other track has a train circling airport terminals only in T8→T1 direction.

Si tenés Mastercard (de cualquier banco) podés ir al lounge de Master en la terminal de American Airlines. Hay free WiFi para quien tenga la tarjeta. (Frente al New York Sports Bar).

Ignores a los tipos que ofrecen taxis a la salida, son piratas@y muy caros. Si quieren taxi tomen uno de los amarillos, tienen tarifa fija.

Vuelo MX-NY de media noche excelente, la llegada es rápida, si van en grupos de 5 o más tendrán que tomar un van, cobra 22 dls por persona a time square

If you're in Terminal 1, look out the big windows next to Gate 7. You'll be able to say goodbye to the New York skyline in the distance and if you squint, you'll make out the Freedom Tower and ESB.

Aeroporto muito seguro e organizado, só não gostei da demora na imigração, mas entendo os motivos. Wi-Fi grátis funciona muito bem, têm diversas opções de lojas legais e uma grande mistura de povos.

Pasaport kontrolünden geçişte yeni sistem kurmuşlar, makineden bilgileri girerek hızlıca geçebilirsiniz. Havalimanı içi havaray sistemi gayet kullanışlı.

Terminal 4のGate B34の近くに超人気ハンバーガー店"Shake Shack"があります。Manhattanのお店は行列が絶えませんが、ここは搭乗券のある人しか入れない穴場スポットのため、ほとんど並ばずに食べられます！

İstanbul bağlantılı uçuşlarda mutlaka Amerika'dan aldığınız içki ve parfümleri bağlantılı olarak bagaja verin. Hem yurtiçi 15 kg sınırına takılmaz hem de free shop içki sınırına takılmazsınız :)

A brand new USO just opened at JetBlue's Terminal 5. It's available to all military personal and their families and located in the arrivals hall near baggage carousels 2 and 3.

One of the busiest airports in the world and it’s amazing how much you have to walk, pretty much like grid waking in NY city!! Lots of food and drinks to get!!

Крутой аэропорт, много терминалов, однако, все равно возможен большой трафик. Делайте пересадку минимум 3-4 часа. Имейте ввиду, что залетая в Америку придётся получить багаж и затем сдать снова!

土産物屋はあまり無いので、此処に来る前に買っておく方が良いです。他のターミナルへの移動はシャトルで。分かりやすく便利。

Grab a meal from Balducci's market in the food court to bring on board your flight. They have quite a few vegan & vegetarian meals to go. Vegan pad thai, dumplings & bento box are amount the choices

British Airways has comfortable lounge for Club Class. You can have dinner here before boarding so sleep is easier. Ask for champagne. They have Laurent Perrier but you need to ask for it.

They just recently introduced Global Entry where you can beat the lines by using these kiosks when you arrive. It's $125 for 5 years. Worth it if you travel a lot and need to save time.

If you need a quick view of New York, visit the Rockerfeller Center and Top of the Rock observation deck. They are less crowded than the Empire State Building yet have great views.

Allow plenty of xtra time if you have a flt leaving out of terminal 4, esp delta flts. The new terminal is really nice with great food options (shake shack! blue smoke!) but its a damn long terminal.

Prepare to do a lot of walking, and add time for it. I am pretty sure I walked 3 miles between plane and car. Also, long-term parking costs half as much as terminal parking, but add in shuttle time

I've always had positive experiences at JFK. Always clean and well-organized. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend applying for TSA Precheck to avoid long security lines

Sprawling, crumbling, and poorly connected, JFK is a disgrace to a great city and makes for a depressing start or end to any journey. Probably the best of the region's major airports.

Get there early. TSA Lines can rapidly fluctuate. Be nice to the desk teams and they might make your life easier.
