    Amazing National Park. Only one in the Northeast and worth the visit. Not as large as you NP out west but does capture the beauty of the east coast.

    Beautiful. Perfect mix of great trails, evergreen jungles, mountainous terrain, and sand beaches. The Gorham trail, and the Sand beach are definite highlights

    Big and beautiful! So easy to get around, hikes of all levels. Def use the free shuttle to get from summit to summit. Sand Beach is beautiful. Eat at Jordan pond house for a great view and great food.

    Must SEEs for 1st time visitors-Park Loop Road, Cadillac Mountain, Thunder Hole, Jordan Pond House for popovers, Bar Harbor, Eagle Lake, Seawall, Bass Harbor Lighthouse, and Echo Lake.

    An amazing place. Definitely do the walk from Otter Cliff to Sand Beach. Beautiful trails around Jordan Pond. Drive from there to Cascade Mtn for great views.

    If you go to the visitor's center and pay the $25 pass, you get to park and use the free shuttle tours for 7 days. You can just drive around. If you drive the Loop, you will be asked to pay the fee.

    What a beautiful park. From the sand beach to Jordan pond to Cadillac mountain, this place is gorgeous. Take a hike on the great head trail by sand beach. Probably a 2 hour home with awesome views.

    Bring good walking shoes & take advantage of the trails. Park can get very crowded especially at Cadillac Mountain. Bring picnic lunches you will say money.

    Gorgeous park. Fantastic shuttle system!!! Don't bother driving! Park and take the shuttle or bike! I plan to come back to hike more trails, kayak, and bike. Completely breath taking. Just go!!!

    Lovely scenic views! Be sure to bring a sweatshirt, as it gets chilly! The rocks are a nice place for a read, and there is a cute picnic location! Gorgeous.

    A gem! Great to explore on foot or bike (57 miles of carriage trails!) and plenty of guided tour options too! If you need a break, try a bus or trolley tour of the park. Hot? Take a dip at Sand Beach!

    Beautiful year-round, but especially magical in the Fall. Check out the views from Cadillac Mountain, wet your toes at Sand Beach, and breathe in that lovely fresh air!

    Start at the visitor's center and pick up a car pass for $20. For a challenging hike we did the bubble divide trail to Deer Brooke to the Penobscot summit which is almost 1200 ft high.

    If you are going to hike one mountain, go for Beehive. It is one of the most unique hikes you will ever do and it is right next to Sand Beach

    Don't miss the top of Cadillac Mountain. The view of Frenchman's Bay is breathtaking. But bring warm clothes. I can be cold up there.

    Hike to the top of Cadillac mountain early in the morning and watch the sun rise over the ocean. You'll also be the first in the nation to see the sun's rays.
